FitPal is a fitness tracking application that allows users to:

- Set and track fitness goals
- Access AI-powered workout recommendations (premium feature)
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must be at least 13 years old to use FitPal
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials

4. Subscription and Payments

FitPal offers basic features for free, including workout logging, step tracking, and up to 3 custom templates.
4.2 Premium Subscription
- Premium features require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
- Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. User Content and Data
5.1 Your Data
- You retain ownership of your workout data and personal information
- You can export or delete your data at any time
- We use your data only as described in our Privacy Policy
5.2 Shared Templates
- When you share a workout template, you grant other users the right to view and use it
- Do not share templates containing inappropriate or harmful content
- We reserve the right to remove shared content that violates our guidelines

- The app's calculations and recommendations are estimates only
- We are not liable for any health issues or injuries
- If you experience pain or discomfort, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional

You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the app
- Share inappropriate or harmful content
- Impersonate other users or entities
- Use automated systems to access the app
- Resell or redistribute the app or its content

All content, features, and functionality of FitPal are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- FitPal is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months
